이렇게 떠날거면서
날 버릴거면서 왜 내게 약속했니 //
day 4 was planned to be a rest/do-whatever-we-want/shop-till-we-drop day so thats exactly what we did. slept in happily because we were only due for check-in at the next airbnb at 1230pm. went for breakfast at Dim Dim Sum again since we really wanted to try their mushroom buns. and we tried their 小笼包 with black truffle too!
made our way to Tsing Yi where our airbnb host Cathy was supposed to pick us up. really hated the walk from the MTR station to her place but loved the view at her place!
nua-ed around in the room until 130pm or so? before we headed out to the city area for loads more shopping. hunted for the famous Tsim Chai Kee noodles:
went on a hunt for the Central Mid-Levels Escalator after lunch. it was so annoying because we could see like the escalator but it was impossible to find the starting point. thank goodness for cheap 1.5GB data and google maps LOL. wanted to come to this place because yes Running Man filmed here.
but before we got there, we discovered these gems:
so pretty right omg?! I cannot even. -sighs- talents.
okay and so we finally came to the foot of the escalators. what am I even doing hunting for escalators when I'm overseas LOL. #thingsafangirldoes
went for tea after this!
the toast was great and needless to say, the milk tea too. but the prices really last warning tho. these 3 items just totaled up to $10sgd.
went back to Hysan Place for outlet shopping! spent so much time in there but honestly didnt buy much for ourselves. we did more shopping for friends than ourselves in there.
travelled all the way to Temple Street area just for Mak's Noodles. only to realize that they opened an outlet in Singapore already -shoots self- and the noodles were really pricey?! sigh okay maybe I should stop complaining bout the prices.
since we were already at Temple Street, we went to walk in the street too! didnt buy much because #broke #superbroke and no more money-changers at that time LOL.
reached back at Cathy's apartment at 1+am. took turns to shower and pack up everything. in the midst of packing I just had this crazy idea to put out everything we bought for photos. love this girl who agreed to it altho she totally rolled her eyes at me.
finally slept at almost 3am after repacking everything back into our luggages. and yes the amount of pocky she bought. plus our (sorta) twin Jansports wah best buy of the trip manzxc.
